And as foto shows, I followed his advice to warm the room to deal with the bubbles, which have now disappeared. Who knew carpets don't like winter either. “I needed a staircase carpet refitted after stair repair. Lee was clear over the phone about cost, and available to come within 2 days, on a Saturday morning. He knew about being careful not to disrupt recent repair and did the job in less than an hour. He replaced all the grippers as part of the quoted price, and it all looked neat.
